INSTALLING SOFTWARE PLUGINS

DigiGames produces various plugins for specific games.  Details of our plugins can be viewed on our “Plugins” page.  If you have purchased a plugin or a plugin pack, here are the instructions below.

 

 

MEDIA ON DEMAND PLUGIN:

 

Obtain MOD.ini from DigiGames.  Place the .ini file in your application directories (likely C:\Program Files\Trivia Board Pro 4).  When you launch Trivia Board Pro 4, you will be prompted for a key.  Contact customer care for a registration key.  You can place this .ini file within the application directories for Trivia Squares and Trivia Feud as well, since these programs support the Media On Demand plugin.  You will only be prompted once for a registration key, even if you place the plugin in all 3 programs.

 

IMAGE SECURITY BYPASS PLUGIN:

 

Obtain ISB.dll from DigiGames.  Place the .dll within C:\Trivia Production Suite Data\Plugins.  Next, download the image templates for editing.  You can do so by clicking HERE.

 

After you download the image files, simply unzip and place the following files for Trivia Board Pro 4 within C:\Trivia Production Suite Data\Trivia Board Pro 4:  triviaboard.bmp, header.bmp and ddouble.bmp.  

 

Trivia Square files require the following files within C:\Trivia Production Suite Data\Trivia Squares:  triviasquares.bmp, header.bmp and bonus.bmp.

 

Trivia Feud files require the following files within C:\Trivia Production Suite Data\Trivia Feud:  triviafeud.bmp, and header.bmp.

 

Trivia Fortune files require the following files within C:\Trivia Production Suite Data\Trivia Fortune:  triviafortune.bmp, and header.bmp.

 

Once you have placed all the image template files within their proper directories, you can now open the image templates and edit them.  The file attributes MUST be maintained.  This includes height, width, dpi, file name, file extension, and so forth.

 

If you launch your software and you do not see your custom images, make sure that the images are not within your application directory.  Your application directories are in your Program Files.  Check that file names of the same name as your template files do not already exist there.  If they do, simply delete them out.  This is because each game check the application directory first for the images before checking for the presence of the plugin and custom images.

 

FLASH CARDS PLUGIN:

 

Obtain FC.dll from DigiGames.  Place the .dll within C:\Trivia Production Suite Data\Plugins.  Each time Trivia Board Pro 4 is launched, you will be prompted for running the software in Flash Cards mode or standard Trivia Board mode.

 

DAILY DOUBLE BYPASS PLUGIN:

 

Obtain Ddouble.dll from DigiGames.  Place the .dll within C:\Trivia Production Suite Data\Plugins.  Each time Trivia Board Pro 4 is launched, you will be prompted whether or not daily doubles will be used or not.
